We’re always happy to help you with custom orders or special requests! Please be mindful that special fabric requests can add to the turn around time of your custom order. We try to be transparent with the timeframe of custom orders, typically these items are shipped within 2 weeks but on occasion it can take longer. We do not upcharge for the custom fabric orders but we do require that the items be prepaid. We will send you photos of the items we will be ordering in for your custom order to make sure all of the details are how you want them prior to posting your custom listing.

Care instructions for all bottoms: Gentle wash in cold with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry.
Care instructions for tops: Gentle wash in cold with a mild detergent. We highly recommend that you lay flat to dry. Should you use a machine tumble dry on low. Do not bleach.
All of our items should ship with a washing instructions card for reference. If you do not receive this please PM me and I’ll be happy to send a copy over!

We do our best to respond to all messages within 24 hours. Messages received after 5 pm will be answered the next day. We do not respond to messages on weekends or holidays.

We do not currently offer gift wrap.

Bow only: You are ordering only a bow on a band or clip. Bo
Wrap only: You are ordering the wrap shown only. No other pieces are included.
Bummie only: This will be only the bummie/shorties
Skirted bummie only: only the skirted bummie
Bummie/skirted bummie and bow: the bummie and bow sent together. No top
Top only: Onsies up to size 18/24 month. Tees in toddler sizes.
Pants/leggings/bells only: only the pants/leggings/bells. No top, no bow.
Complete sets: This will be the bottom of your choice, top and bow.

We use a variety of patterns and suppliers to make our products. When selecting your item please scroll through the photos for the sizing charts that will directly effect the item you are ordering. We cannot be responsible for items ordered that are the wrong size if the sizing chart was attached to the listing.
Please note: ALL 18/24 month tops will be sent as onsies unless you request a tee. All toddler sizes are tees.
Also note: While the bells tend to run a little long the leggings tend to run a bit tight. We try to cut these a little wider to accommodate this. If you are concerned that the pants will be too snug size up!

Due to the custom nature of our shop we do not accept exchanges or returns. If there is a flaw in your item we will do our best to restem being returned to us wolve the issue by either a replacement item or a refund with the pre-paid label sent to you. All sales are final and we do not accept returns cancellations for any reason. In the unfortunate circumstance we cannot come to a resolution by a replacement of a faulty item we do require the item be returned to us via prepaid label. We DO NOT issue refunds without the item being returned.

All items in our shop should ship within the 3/5 business days per our shop policy. On a rare occasion we may run into a supply delay which effects the TAT. When this happens we will message you to let you know of the delay and to give you the option to wait on your item to arrive or to receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For tracking information please contact USPS, as we cannot see any tracking information other than what is shown by USPS.
